Clients and Embedded Systems
Propalms TSE supports thin clients and embedded-systems clients
for Wyse and other devices that run the following operating systems:
Windows NT Embedded 4.0
Use a minimum of 96MB flash and 96MB RAM. A technician can configure
Wyse Winterm model 8235LE to meet the flash/RAM requirement. You
can use this client with Terminal Services Edition version 4.0
Windows XP Embedded
Use a minimum of 192MB flash and 256MB RAM. A technician can configure
Wyse Winterm models 941GXL, 9440XL, 9450XL, 9455XL, 9650XL and 9235LE
to meet the flash/RAM requirement. You can use this client with
Terminal Services Edition version 4.0.
Windows CE 2.12
Use a minimum of 16MB flash and 32MB RAM. A technician can configure
Wyse Winterm models 3125SE, 3235LE, 3455XL, 3630LE, 3730LE and 3820TX
to meet the flash/RAM requirement. You can use this client with
Terminal Services Edition version 4.0.
Windows CE.Net (4.x)
Use a minimum of 32MB flash and 64MB RAM. A technician can configure
Wyse Winterm models 3125SE, 3235LE, 3455XL, 3630LE, 3730LE and 3820TX
to meet the flash/RAM requirement. You can use The Winterm CE.Net
client with Terminal Services Edition version 4.0.
Certain CE.net based terminals from Neoware, VXL and Praim are
also supported with Terminal Services Edition version 4.0.
(CE.net based Televideo terminals are also supported.)
