General Overview
Incoming fax messages can be automatically routed to
DEC MAILworks Mailboxes from where they can be retrieved and
read by users on their PC's from within TeamLinks.
Description - Viewing a Message
An incoming fax message is received by RELAY, converted
into a multi- page TIFF file and stored. The RELAY autorouter,
or manual router, delivers a mail message with the TIFF file
as a binary attachment to the users mailbox.
Viewing the fax is easy, simply read the mail
message from within TeamLinks and double click to see the attached
fax image. The RELAY fax viewer will display a page at a time
and provide facilities to zoom in/out, rotate and print.
This facility requires either DEC Message Router
or DEC MAILworks for VT's.
