• Before applying power save policies, non disruptive management processes analyse activity/inactivity and the use of critical applications. The user is then advised of an imminent power saving action with an option to over ride
• Quick power up from a power saving action to a secure or unsecure position
• Protection of open files and data on users PCs
• Users can defer power saving events for a limited period
• Flexible policies accommodate user’s work profiles and optimise power savings
• Computers can be placed in a lower power mode when idle during the day or turned off after work hours and during weekends
• Automated break scheduling and reporting encourages responsible PC use

• All aspects of software management are centrally administered - flexible energy saving and/or HSE Display Screen Equipment policies are quickly defined across multiple users and groups

• Wake on LAN enables patches and software installations out of work hours

Standardised Reporting features provide comprehensive feedback for operational management

• A menu driven suite of reports provides metrics on power consumption, both actual and further potential savings, energy costs and Carbon emissions by variable time and user levels
• A web based interface provides flexible but secure access to reports. Optional disclosure of selected data can be made to external web portals such as CarbonEarth.net
