In addition to the supply of Dell, IBM, HP/ProLiant and Sun Servers, EMC Storage and Cisco Network equipment, we can also provide the following on-site engineering services.

Memory Upgrades - Supply, Install, Commission, Test and Stress Test.

Disk Upgrades - Supply, Install, Commission, Test and Stress Test.

Commissioning - Can include ordering, unpacking of machines, installing in racks, cabling, connecting to peripherals and verifying power and assisting with software installation etc.

De-Commissioning - De-installation, packing, disposing of and removing old equipment which could include cables, screens, PC's, racks etc... and the safe disposal in compliance with EU regulations.

Health Checks - Performance monitoring, disks errors, Ram malfunction, system malfunctions, using systems logs etc.

Preventative Maintenance (24 x7) - This can be 24 x 7 or 9-5 with 4, 8 Hour Response.

Installation - Servers, networks ( including hubs routers etc), disks installation and verification.

Faultfinding - Performance degradation, systems checks to identify the faults, networking analysis of hubs, routers and cabling issues.

Raid Configuration - Disk configurations and Raid configuration.

L-Par - Configuration of Logical Partitions of a IBM pSeries server. Also working on an active L-Par machine for tasks such as fault finding, health checks etc.

Networks - Installations, faultfinding, repair of cabling, hubs, routers, firewalls.

Site Surveys - Liasing with customers to confirm the environment is ready for installation with sufficient power and air-conditioning requirements and security.

Repairs - On-site or RTB.
